  1. The above prices include domestic trucking, international trucking, customs duties, customs clearance, and final UPS delivery. Excludes customs inspection fees and warehouse storage charges.

  2. Volume divisor: 6000. Different channels cannot be combined for customs declaration.

    • General trade declaration fee: RMB 350 per declaration, RMB 50 per additional page.
      (e.g., If one shipment has two sets of declaration documents, two declaration fees apply.)

    • Only copyable declaration documents are accepted. If only scanned (non-copyable) documents are available, copyable versions must also be provided.

    • For “buyer's customs declaration”, please provide manufacturer/seller information, 18-digit social credit code, and domestic shipper details. If not provided, an extra RMB 200 per shipment will be charged.

  3. Inspection-required goods (e.g., fur products): can be accepted if the customer provides an inspection certificate.

  4. Each shipment includes 5 declared product names free of charge. For additional names, RMB 50 per extra name will be charged. (Products with the same name but different unit prices count as separate items.)

  5. Minimum chargeable weight:

    • Shipments under 30KG are billed as 30KG (min. 2 pieces).

    • Less than 2 pieces: additional RMB 3/KG.

    • The average chargeable weight per shipment must not be less than 13KG.
      If below 13KG, an extra-lightweight fee of RMB 5/KG applies:
      Example: 10 pieces, total chargeable weight 120KG → (10×13−120)×5 = RMB 50 surcharge.
      (Direct delivery channels are exempt from lightweight fees.)

  6. Address fees:

    • Residential address: +RMB 1/KG

    • Remote area: +RMB 4.5/KG × U, minimum charge 220×U

  7. All products must be truthfully declared. Any losses or penalties due to false declaration shall be borne solely by the shipper. Our company assumes no responsibility.

  8. Wooden products shipped via railway or sea must have an inspection certificate provided by the customer.
    If not available, our company can arrange it at RMB 1000 per shipment.
    (Wooden products are not accepted for trucking service.)


Compensation Policy:

  1. If shipment delay or loss occurs due to our company’s fault:

    • Trucking channel: RMB 40/KG

    • Europe Railway / Europe Sea: RMB 20/KG
      (Shipping fees are non-refundable.)

  2. If the issue arises due to the customer (e.g., mismatched documentation, infringement, product quality, or non-compliance with destination regulations), the customer bears all losses, and we reserve the right to pursue joint liability.

  3. If the final carrier (UPS/DPD) tracking shows all sub-tracking numbers as delivered, we will assist in obtaining POD (Proof of Delivery) upon request, but hand-signed POD is not guaranteed. We are not liable for any loss due to unavailable hand-signed POD.

  4. If the carrier (UPS/DPD) shows goods picked up but not delivered, the shipper must fill in a claim investigation form.

    • If the goods are confirmed lost, compensation will follow the carrier’s official policymaximum USD 100 per shipment.

    • No compensation for single item loss within a shipment.

  5. Claims for lost goods must be made within one month after the batch is received; overdue claims will not be accepted.

Even for tax-inclusive channels, if goods are detained due to quality issues or brand appearance infringement during customs inspection, no compensation will be provided.
If goods are destroyed, any related costs will be charged at actual expense.
